Jerome knows a town is only as strong as it is safe and will fight tirelessly to ensure Smyrna Police & Fire departments are fully funded to recruit, retain and equip the best public safety personnel in the state to ensure that we remain a safe town.

As a retired businessman and conservative, Jerome knows the importance of budgeting properly. That's why he will address spending with a business mindset to develop and implement strategic solutions to fund city needs without raising taxes!

Jerome knows that the quality of life of a town consists of vast recreational opportunities. Jerome will work to sustain and enhance our parks and recreation assets while advocating for new, innovative offerings and programs as well.
